Terms & Conditions
• A deposit
25% of the rental price is required when booking your break with
the balance due six weeks prior to arrival
• Bookings made within the six week period will be required to
be paid in full
• Payment can be made by cheque, bankers draft or direct bank
transfer.
• We do recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as
the full cost may be payable in the event of a late
cancellation.
• Our week runs from Friday to Friday
• Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival time is 4pm and departure
time is 10:30am
• We will be happy to hold for seven days a provisional booking
by phone awaiting written confirmation and deposit
• As this is our first season, late availability is likely, so
please contact us to check
Two nights must start Friday or Saturday.
Three nights must start Friday.
Four nights are Monday to Friday.
Seven night breaks start on a Friday.
